Shipping

Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. 

At this time we only ship within the USA, however we do consider international orders on a case by case basis. All customs duties associated with an international order is the sole responsibility of the customer and it is up to the customer to know the rules of their respective country.


Orders placed by 10am Pacific Standard Time typically ship out the same day.

Most shipments are sent out via USPS and we usually use 2-3 day shipping. In some cases we will use UPS or FedEx.

Once shipment has been made, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer. Please give us 1 business day from the time of your order to obtain the tracking number.

Shipping & Handling prices are based on the value and weight of the order. 

Returns

If the product has not been opened you can return the product for a full refund (see below).

If the product has been opened, you can return the product for store credit for another product (see below).

Option 1 - Product has not been opened. 

You may return most new unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Once the product is received, we will process the refund. If the error was caused by us we will pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Once we receive the returned or exchanged items, we will promptly send out the replacement order – free of charge if the return was the result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Option 2 - product has been opened.

You may return most opened items within 15 days of delivery for a full store credit. Since the product has been opened a refund is not available. A full store credit is available to allow you to try one of our other products. 

Return shipping must be paid by the customer. In defective products we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the product back, we process the store credit.
