Shipping

Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. 

At this time we only ship within the USA, however we do consider international orders on a case by case basis. To inquire about an international order feel free to contact us by email at phmiracleproducts@gmail.com.

We can ship to your country, as long as you are familiar with the duty laws and are willing to cover those costs. 
"PH Miracle Products" is not responsible for duty payment.

All customs duties associated with an international order are the sole responsibility of the customer and it is up to the customer to know the rules of their respective country.

Please note: we can only use UPS to ship orders to Australia.

Orders placed by 10 am Pacific Standard Time typically ship out the same day.

Most shipments are sent out via USPS and we usually use 2-3 day shipping. In some cases we will use UPS.

Once shipment has been made, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer. Please give us 1 business day from the time of your order to obtain the tracking number.

Shipping & Handling prices are based on the value and weight of the order. 

Returns

You may return most new unopened and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

No return or exchange on items after 15 days of delivery (unless you recieved an incorrect item or there's something wrong with the item).

Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Once the product is received, we will process the refund. If the error was caused by us (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs and generate a return label for you. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 15 days of receiving the order at phmiracleproducts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your refund or exchange is approved, we will reply with the address for the return.

Please ship the product/s with your note (the reason for the return).

Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieved your returned item/s and will process your refund (or will promptly send out the replacement item if availible – free of charge if the return was the result of our error).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Gift Cards: no cancelation, return or refund on the purchase of a gift card (final sale)
